Join Baseline Athletics for a girls’ baseball program combining indoor development, experienced coaching and the opportunity to represent Baseline at the OMG Girls Baseball Tournament.

 

Our 12U and 14U programs will help players strengthen their skills, build confidence and develop alongside other girls who love baseball.

STAY WITH YOUR TEAM. DEVELOP WITH BASELINE.

You can be rostered on another team and still participate in our training and play with Baseline Athletics. This program is designed to supplement your existing team experience with additional coaching, development and competition.

Tournament participation remains subject to applicable roster and eligibility rules.

LEARN FROM TEAM ONTARIO PLAYERS AND COACHES

Receive instruction and mentorship from Team Ontario players and coaches, with program leadership from Coach Raf Choudhury and Joe Florio.

Our coaching approach combines technical instruction, game experience and individual feedback to help players understand what to work on—and how to improve.

WINTER DEVELOPMENT

• Start: January 2027.
• Training day: Saturday afternoon
• Location: Baseline Sports, Toronto.
• Divisions: 12U and 14U girls’ baseball.

Training through the Baseline Development System™ will focus on:

• Hitting mechanics, timing and approach.
• Throwing, pitching and catching.
• Infield and outfield skills.
• Base running and game awareness.
• Balance, coordination and body control.
• Confidence, communication and teamwork.

BUILDING ON BACK-TO-BACK OMG CHAMPIONSHIPS

Our Baseline Athletics 16U team are back-to-back OMG champions, coached by Raf and Joe. We’re bringing that experience and commitment to development to our new 12U and 14U groups.

Winter training and OMG participation form the proposed core program. Teams will be confirmed based on player assessments, roster availability and tournament acceptance.
